ScranMedia follows a simple three-step process to ensure your story is told in the best possible way: your way.
Step one: soaking in your brand
It all begins with research. We want to fully understand what it is you do. So invite us over to your place - we’d love to meet your people and experience your style, standards and vision first hand. We want to know what makes you and your business tick. Because getting to know you - that’s how we establish a brief.
Step two: taking stock
Armed with an appreciation of your current position, we take time to review your imagery and your approach to creating it. Who. What. Where. When. Why. How. From there we’ll define the general purpose of your imagery; to drive a website rebrand, support social media posts, provide the backbone to a PR campaign etc. We can then focus on what work future imagery needs to do for you and explore whether to change your approach.
Step three: delivering the goods
We can now finalise our brief, estimate a budget to fit your business' size and put some dates in the diary. We saved the best ‘til last: creating your imagery.

We use high end photography and video tools to showcase the best of what you offer and to grow your brand. Whether it’s staff photos or clips of your head chef explaining a recipe, mouthwatering special offers or a video tour through your spa facilities, we’ll work out where you want to go and how to get there in the most engaging way.
Photography - We shoot on high res cameras with instant review and immediate revisions if desired. After the shoot you’ll receive a webpage of low res previews. Select your favourites for optimisation at high res or resizing for social media if required.
Video - Once a storyboard is drawn up a schedule can be agreed that allows shooting to proceed in the most practical and efficient way for all parties. Each day of filming will typically require two days of editing, after which you’ll be able to review the results on a private online channel. Further edits are done if necessary prior to colour grading, final audio adjustments and publication to your chosen channel.
